by admin“What….is this book?”
“It’s written on the title, isn’t it? A cookbook. A book containing methods for cooking rulers.”
The Anarchist Cookbook is, as the name suggests, a book containing recipes that can be made at home.
However, instead of foods like pasta or stew, it only contains recipes for things like Molotov cocktails, pipe bombs, and IEDs.
‘It was just an outdated ancient document in my world, but it will be useful here.’
Originally, this book was written in the 1970s by an American anarchist named William Powell.
He apparently wrote it because he hated his country for waging the Vietnam War and wanted to incite people to destroy the shitty government.
Of course, information from a 54-year-old book can’t be fresh.
It’s obviously not relevant in the 21st century, and all the content is available anywhere on the internet.
Frankly speaking, it’s much more useful and efficient to gather information by surfing the web than reading this.
But in this era?
It couldn’t be more fresh and cutting-edge.
‘Because it’s almost impossible for civilians to obtain military information in this era.’
It’s also difficult to know that gunpowder is made of ammonium nitrate/potassium nitrate, charcoal, and sulfur.
It was always treated as very important military information everywhere, so it remained a secret unless you were involved.
But this book contains all the recipes.
It tells you what ratio to combine them in for the best power, and how to make detonators.
It even explains doctrines of urban warfare and the effects of terrorism, concepts that don’t even exist yet.
‘There’s no book as effective for causing chaos as this.’
To give you an analogy, it’s like a 23rd-century tactics book dropped into the 21st century.
Anyway, I think it will be quite useful, if Winston Churchill has the brains to use it properly.
Still, just in case, I’ve done some appropriate editing and additions. Mainly in a way that suits the environment of this society.
[Pipes, oak barrels, wine bottles, and pottery. All can contain explosives and become weapons powerful enough to kill dozens of people in their lifetime. Provided there is a properly combined explosive, a fuse, and skilled personnel to operate it.]
[Secure saltpeter above all else. It can be obtained by rotting animal carcasses and bones in fields, creating saltpeter beds, or mining it from mountainous areas.
However, the two methods mentioned above take a long time, so if possible, it is more efficient to mine and refine phosphate ore. Or steal gunpowder from the military.]
I wrote the weapon manufacturing method as it is because there was nothing to change. Except for descriptions that used inappropriate period expressions or utilized Earth’s literature and history.
Oh, and I also left out the drug-related parts.
There’s no marijuana or cocaine in this world.
There is something similar to opium… but I didn’t know if it becomes heroin when concentrated, or what properties it has, so I couldn’t write about it. I’m not a drug addict.
[The true form of human society is in a state of anarchy. A society where individuals are guaranteed free and independent rights, rather than a system that strongly controls the people, is the path that humanity should truly pursue.
It is the natural right given to humans to subjugate oppressors who stand in the way of this, and it is also a duty that must be fulfilled.]
[It is the most common sin of the kings of the earth to have the Heavenly King use their actions as an excuse and basis.
If the emperor does that, kill the emperor. If the king does that, kill the king. If the prime minister does that, kill the prime minister. Make them realize what hell is by turning the wheel of karma they have built themselves.]
In return, I emphasized criticism and contempt for the government and system as much as possible.
As befitting a book by someone who was originally an anarchist, it was full of hatred for the concept of state control, but I increased the amount even more.
‘Since the person receiving it also hates the existence of kings. I deliberately piled it on high.’
Churchill was an ordinary middle-class man, but he came from a family that fell due to political/religious logic.
He has clearly stated in the past that he hates monarchs who run wild as they please, so he will probably be on the same wavelength as the author.
I systematically organized it with the intention of having him read the book, develop his ideological foundation, and make a colleague.
There are many good phrases, so I hope he puts them to good use.
“Is it really okay for me to receive something so valuable? Books aren’t exactly cheap…”
“Haha, it’s okay. Can’t I give you this small gift as you go to accomplish great things?”
I smiled and patted the unknowing, delighted Churchill on the back.
Can’t I give this small gift to a guy who is going on a near-suicidal mission?
I’d be in trouble if he fails because of fear, so I have to inject him with plenty of motivation like this.

“The ship to Alcyone will be ready soon. Until then, stay at the branch you originally worked at.”
“Yes! Thank you so much, Mr. Ishmael!”
After sending the clueless fool back, I was left alone with Kalia and fell into contemplation.
“So… if the king dies, what will happen to that country?”
If the terrorism fails, we can just do it again.
Let’s calculate the future, assuming it succeeds.
Drake IV is a king with unprecedented power since the establishment of the Alcyone Federation.
Based on the funds plundered by a pirate named Elizabeth, he has been wielding cronyism for a long time, establishing a fairly solid position.
Well, it seems clumsy compared to other countries.
“The problem is that this is power that was hastily built up, not something he obtained through royal succession or official merit.”
Anyway, he has some power.
In return, he also has a lot of resentment and grudges.
This is because he purged several forces to gain power and used them as sacrifices to strengthen the royal authority.
Like other monarchs, he did all sorts of crazy things out of his desire to reign and rule as an absolute being… Of course, since it was successful, it’s been treated as the monarch’s cunning and sharp tactics… But the moment he dies, all the karma he’s built up will explode all at once.
“Branch Manager Kalia?”
“Just call me as before. What is it?”
“If a sudden power vacuum occurs in the Alcyone Federation, what is the probability of a civil war breaking out?”
“It depends on the timing, but what about right now?”
“Yes. Within three months at the latest.”
At my words, Kalia pondered for a moment, muttering to herself, then shook her head.
“That’s a question that doesn’t even need to be asked. It’s unconditional. The country will be divided into pieces and they will fight each other.”
“I thought so.”
Yes, it’s violence after all.
Those who have suffered and those who have benefited will take sides and kill each other.
To be honest, I can’t even guess how many factions there will be.
First of all, there’s the Orthodox Church to which Winston Gallipoli Churchill belongs, and the State Church that Drake IV believed in, that’s for sure.
There are also the reformists of the church, whose power is rapidly expanding, and the conservative anti-royalist nobles in the south.
The Anabaptists, the Holy Mother Society, other miscellaneous factions, royal family members from distant branches who are aiming for the throne, influential figures who want to replace the dynasty… it never ends. How the hell was this country unified?
“If the crown prince’s authority was solid, it might be different…”
“But he’s still a 5-year-old child.”
“I doubt the country will even remain until that child grows up. No, I should worry about how long he will live.”
If there was at least a proper successor, there wouldn’t be a big problem.
If there was a grown-up crown prince who inherited his father’s political ideas and policies and had enough experience.
He might be able to stably inherit the throne and strengthen the ruling legitimacy of the dynasty.
“What a pitiful fate.”
“Pitiful? It’s much better than me, who lived eating garbage since childhood and was barely taken in by the organization. At least he’ll live comfortably until he dies, right?”
However, Drake IV had his son quite late. He had him in his old age and is scheduled to die before he can even raise him properly.
In this case, the successor has no future. Not just power, but life itself.
There will be a bunch of guys thinking, ‘If I can just do something about this kid…!’ Will he be able to survive?
I don’t think so.
“But it’s also troublesome if the factions are too small.”
I don’t really care how many people die in Alcyone. But this is a bit difficult.
Excessive diversification of the power structure inevitably leads to the rapid collapse of one side.
Their sizes will be similar, so they’ll do anything to win and fight each other.
Then, naturally, the people’s livelihood will be devastated, and the starving people and the poor will have to find a way to survive.
What else is there to do on an island with no neighboring countries to escape to on foot? What is there other than piracy?
In other words.
An excessively heated civil war is likely to create livelihood pirates and completely ruin the safety of trade routes.
“Isn’t there an element that could unite the forces?”
A common interest that would bring together those with different interests and goals. A valuable goal that would make them put aside their conflicts and cooperate.
If there was something like that, I could roughly organize it into a 3- or 4-way battle and induce a clean civil war.
But that’s not something that’s lying around on the street–
“Ah. There is.”
At that moment.
I remembered.
Many of the potential rebel forces harbor grudges against the royal family’s oppression, suppression, and political maneuvering.
Therefore, regardless of the success or failure of the rebellion, they should hate the powerful royal authority and the monarch’s tyranny.
Then, wouldn’t it be okay to provide them with the knowledge to create such a system and institution?
I remember a good card, too.
“Magna Carta and the Bill of Rights.”
Historical contracts that no political scientist can’t know.
