Um… Honestly, this is my first time writing a review like this, so I don’t really know what to say.

First of all, this work is a novel that I had envisioned, or should I say just a fantasy?

This is one of those stories that started with the fantasy of what kind of story would follow if there were such a character.

Actually, at first, I didn’t have any plans like becoming a goddess or being connected to someone.

It was just a story about a protagonist who was a returnee, living alone in an apocalyptic or dystopian world after returning and gradually meeting people and helping them and fighting them.

Now that I think about it… I think we should have just proceeded smoothly like that.

But, if you ask why this story and this work became like this…

Actually, I had no intention of uploading my novel to a site called Novelpia.

Even if I were to write a novel, I would just write it down in a notepad.

But when I saw the ‘Please Write’ contest, an old saying came to mind.

There is a saying that goes, ‘When a tiger dies, it leaves behind its skin, and when a person dies, it leaves behind its name.’

Indeed, will I be able to leave my name behind when I die?

A line from a famous cartoon also came to mind: “When does a person die? When they are forgotten.”

At that moment, I felt a little scared.

What can I leave behind in this meaningless hamster wheel?

I’m not that smart or talented, I was just surviving.

A life where you drive to work every morning at 7am and don’t get off work until 10pm.

I wondered, what will I be able to leave behind at the end?

After much thought and consideration, I decided to just write a novel.

Yes, it looked very easy and I was comfortable with it.

This saying is also famous, right?

The saying, ‘I think I can do this too.’

As the saying goes, I also tried to do it while reading some novels, thinking, “Can I do it too?” But, well, this is the result.

Anyway, in order to enter the contest, I had to tag it with a topic, so I added a few more things to the story I had in mind.

And so the story began to branch out in a direction I hadn’t imagined.

Well, still, I did my best to… create the story, organize it, and then take it out from there, and I was able to complete it.

I originally had more places, more people, and more conflicts in mind, but it was hard and tiring to write down all those stories, so I just threw them all out.

As I said before, I work at a company and I get home at 10 PM after work.

After taking a shower and getting ready for work, it’s past 11 o’clock and midnight passes by in no time.

About 4 months starting March 30th.

During this period, I was very tired from working on the series every day. I think I slept an average of only 3-4 hours a night, except for weekends.

But if I hadn’t done that, I wouldn’t be here.

Some people might say, “Then why don’t you just upload it whenever you want irregularly?” That’s not wrong.

However, as a writer, I think I have to keep the promises I make to my readers.

Once you decide on a day and time for your own serialization, you have to stick to that schedule no matter what.

If I couldn’t do it, I thought I should fill in the gaps later.

Yes, I promised myself that I had to finish it.

As a reader myself, I feel so empty when an interesting novel ends without any further comment.

That’s why I thought I absolutely had to finish it, so I ran without stopping.

At first, more people watched it than I expected, and I wanted to live up to their expectations.

What do you know about the topic you’re writing about for the first time? I couldn’t live up to expectations because I had no talent.

At least if I had prepared more, I could have lived up to those expectations, but I didn’t have the time or the thought to do that.

In the end, only a few readers who followed along until the end were left.

But I think that even those few readers have been more generous than me and the work I wrote.

I thought you’d only let one or two people see me if I did well. Hehe…

I have been doing my best with the daily series under the current circumstances, and it has come to an end like this.

A novel that was better written, more interesting, and more popular. But it was not serialized after that.
