Of course, this method is not perfect.

Leore has a soft reset every time it updates the season. The reason is that even if you set your average equipment level to 430 with raid equipment, the season equipment level will be the same as the raid equipment in the next season.

In other words, even if you do the highest raid now, the level will be lower than the season equipment in the season after next.

To put it nicely, there is no problem enjoying Leore no matter when you come in, and to put it badly, the equipment you are matching becomes relatively weaker over time.
