Chapter 160: Concert ends, daily life continues, Part 2

    “Stay… over?”

    Hong Seo-hyun’s reason was obvious.

She was embarrassed about being carried home drunk, and she couldn’t think of anything else to offer someone who was clearly exhausted.

    As for Hayoon…

    “Hmm…”

    She was reaching her limit.

    It was 2 AM.

Going home now would likely wake her parents, leading to a lecture.

She had already called to say she might stay over at Hong Seo-hyun’s.

    “Should we? Sure, why not.”

    “Really?”

    “Yes, really.”

Hayoon took off her blouse and climbed into Hong Seo-hyun’s bed.

She had removed her top because she didn’t want to sleep in the clothes she planned to wear home tomorrow.

But from Hong Seo-hyun’s perspective, it was a sudden intrusion into her personal space, with Hayoon, clad only in her undergarments, climbing into her bed.

She instinctively tensed, holding her breath, but…

    “Haaam…”

Hayoon yawned, kicked off her skirt, and snuggled under Hong Seo-hyun’s covers.

“I’m going to sleep, so please turn off the lights…”

    “Huh?”

    “Goodnight.”

Hayoon closed her eyes and turned her back, as if she had no interest in anything other than sleep.

This left Hong Seo-hyun feeling awkward, as if she were the one anticipating something more.

    “Ahem…”

She cleared her throat and got out of bed.

She was still wearing her daytime clothes.

She quickly changed into her pajamas, pulling out a soft silk set from her closet.

    It was a winter necessity.

    “Hayoon?”

    “Zzz…”

    Was she that tired?

Hayoon was already fast asleep. Shaking her head, Hong Seo-hyun turned off the lights and climbed into bed.

    ‘Hmm…’

She gently touched Hayoon’s bare skin near her navel. It was quite cold.

    It made sense.

Even with heating and an electric blanket, winter nights could be chilly.

Sleeping in only underwear might seem fine in theory, but in reality, it left you vulnerable to the cold.

    ‘I can’t let this happen.’

Hayoon would catch a cold if she stayed like this.

And Hong Seo-hyun would feel entirely responsible, having been the one to look after her.

    So…

‘I have to keep her warm.’

The best solution was to warm Hayoon up and prevent her from catching a cold.

Having reached this rather self-serving conclusion, Hong Seo-hyun slipped her arm around Hayoon’s waist and pulled her closer.

Hayoon’s shapely bottom pressed against Hong Seo-hyun’s thighs.

    “Mmm…”

    “Heehee…”

Hong Seo-hyun’s breasts touched Hayoon’s back, creating an intimate position.

Lately, they had both been too busy for such close contact, but tonight was an exception.

Hayoon was asleep, so Hong Seo-hyun, now sober and more awake, felt free to indulge a little.

    ‘Nice.’

Holding Hayoon close, Hong Seo-hyun reveled in the moment before succumbing to sleep herself.

Even though the alcohol had worn off, the darkness made it impossible to resist drowsiness.

Although a bit disappointed, she drifted off, content with the evening’s events.

    Around 4 AM…

    “Mmm…”

    Hayoon stirred, shivering slightly.

Hong Seo-hyun’s embrace offered some warmth, but it was no substitute for an electric blanket.

    Simply cuddling had its limits.

    “Cold…”

Hayoon frowned in the darkness, a chill running through her.

While the cold had woken her, she wasn’t fully alert.

Two hours of sleep wasn’t enough to erase the exhaustion of a day filled with waking up early, cosplay shoots, managing the concert, conducting interviews, more cosplay shoots, traveling from Ilsan to Seoul, attending the dinner, and taking care of a drunk Hong Seo-hyun.

    She needed more sleep.

    “Warm…”

Instinctively, she turned towards the warmth emanating from Hong Seo-hyun, clad in her silk pajamas, and snuggled closer.

    “So warm…”

Being close to Hong Seo-hyun definitely helped.

The softness of the silk pajamas added to the cozy feeling.

    And finally…

    “So firm…”

Nuzzling her face against Hong Seo-hyun’s chest, Hayoon mumbled her honest impression before drifting back to sleep.

To Hayoon, endowed with an E-cup bust, Hong Seo-hyun’s smaller chest, not even a C-cup, felt more firm than soft.

It was probably for the best that Hong Seo-hyun didn’t hear this candid assessment.

    The next day…

Hayoon woke up first, which wasn’t surprising, given Hong Seo-hyun’s hangover.

    However…

    “What is this…”

Hayoon stared at Hong Seo-hyun’s chest in front of her face, a mixture of confusion and amusement swirling within her.

    Why was this here?

    It wasn’t unpleasant, just unexpected.

    “Oh, right, I slept over…”

It all came back to her.

Last night, she could have gone home, but exhaustion had won.

She had simply stripped off her clothes, climbed into Hong Seo-hyun’s bed, and passed out.

“I must have been really tired.”

It was unlike her, but after such a long and demanding day, it was a wonder she had stayed conscious as long as she did.

In the end, she had succumbed to exhaustion, discarding all sense of propriety.

    “Huuuh…”

Fully understanding the situation, Hayoon sighed.

Her breath warmed Hong Seo-hyun’s skin, the sensation traveling back to Hayoon.

    “Time to go home.”

Now awake and with daylight streaming through the window, Hayoon saw no reason to stay.

She gently pushed Hong Seo-hyun aside and got out of bed.

Clad in her pastel blue underwear, she slipped on her discarded blouse and skirt, grabbed her phone from the desk, and quietly left Hong Seo-hyun’s room.

    “Haaa…”

She sighed again and made a call.

    A work call.

It was 9 AM. The Sunday exhibition preparations in Ilsan should be wrapping up.

“Hey, any problems on your end?”

Nope. Did you call to give me something to do?

    “No, not really…”

She briefly checked in with Do Jin-ho, receiving a status report, before thanking him and ending the call.

    “This is exhausting…”

Being the boss was hard work. Even though her staff were competent, she couldn’t help but feel anxious and call to check in.

    “She’s sleeping soundly…”

Taking care of her employees was also part of the job.

Glancing back at the peacefully sleeping Hong Seo-hyun, Hayoon sighed habitually and opened a food delivery app.

She ordered a spicy hangover soup with bean sprouts and left a Post-it note on Hong Seo-hyun’s light switch.

A note on the door might be missed, but a note on the light switch was guaranteed to be seen.

“Enjoy your hangover cure… I’m leaving.”

Hayoon bid farewell to the sleeping Hong Seo-hyun and headed home, still feeling the pull of sleep.

    That afternoon…

    “I apologize! I’m late!”

Hong Seo-hyun hurriedly started her stream, apologizing to her “Students.”

Thanks to her hangover, she hadn’t woken up until 3 PM.

She finally dragged herself out of bed, reheated the hangover soup Hayoon had ordered, took a shower, and scrolled through her phone.

By the time she looked up, it was 5 PM.

She had promised to stream the next day, and her regular stream was scheduled for 5:30 PM.

“I had a company dinner with the boss and my juniors yesterday, and one of the newbies mixed such a strong somaek that I was out cold for 12 hours!”

Finally starting her stream at 6 PM, Hong Seo-hyun bowed her head in apology.

    A soju-mixing Vtuber? That’s new.

    Which one was it?

“That’s a secret… Why don’t you check out their debut streams?”

She smoothly plugged her juniors’ channels, demonstrating her senior status.

Even with a hangover, she didn’t forget to promote her colleagues.

“Oh, and by the way, I slept with the boss last night.”

    ???

    What?

    Excuse me?

Having taken care of her juniors, it was time for some self-indulgence.

After all, BGG Company encouraged yuri appeal.

There was nothing wrong with the boss and the top-earning Vtuber being affectionate.
