    Chapter 103: Special Instructor

To prepare for new hunter training, I went to take a shower, only to discover that my body was unbelievably clean.

The pajamas I was wearing were also a type I’d never seen before.

    “Pink?”

They were baggy pink pajamas, covered in heart patterns.

I don’t know whose taste it was, but it definitely wasn’t mine.

Pink and hearts were absolutely not manly.

“Who dressed me in these pajamas?”

Being dressed in pajamas wasn’t embarrassing for me now.

The pink and heart patterns were a little embarrassing because they weren’t manly, but it wasn’t enough to get angry about.

The problem was that I had sweated an unusually sticky amount yesterday.

To change into pajamas, I definitely had to take a shower.

    “But I was asleep…?”

I slept, but there was no stickiness.

It was as if someone had washed me while I was sleeping.

I don’t have sleepwalking, so I had no choice but to interpret it as someone washing me.

    “Hwaaack.”

The blood rushed to my face.

To handle my defenseless body as they pleased.

This was different from just putting pajamas on me.

To wash me, they would have played with my body like a toy.

    “P, President!”

    Thump, thump, thump!

As if expressing my anger, I ran towards Jinhyang’s room with loud footsteps.

It was so loud that you could mistake it for a tiger the size of a mountain running.

    “President! President!”

I turned the doorknob and called for Jinhyang, but the door was locked, so I couldn’t open it.

She definitely said she was busy preparing materials.

I had no choice but to bang on the door and scratch the wall with my fingernails.

    Scratch, scratch—

    Scratching the wall felt good.

As I stuck to the door and moved my hands up and down alternately.

    Click—

The door opened, and my body, which had been stuck to the wall, fell forward.

Jinhyang caught me first, so I didn’t fall.

“Why are you being so loud?”

“President! Did you wash my body yesterday?!”

    “Yeah.”

    Jinhyang nodded without even blushing.

I almost lost my words because she was so confident, but I had to open my mouth somehow.

    “P, pervert!”

    “Pervert…?”

“Yes! You’re a pervert! How can you wash someone while they’re sleeping without their permission!”

Unable to control my anger, I balled my fists and hit Jinhyang wildly.

Thump, thump— That’s what it sounded like, so Jinhyang must have been in a lot of pain.

“Um… could you hit a little higher? Around here, on my shoulders.”

    “Here?”

    “Yeah.”

I relentlessly pounded both shoulders that Jinhyang pointed to.

I focused on the areas where the muscles were most knotted.

    “How is it?”

    “Yeah. It’s refreshing.”

    “Huh?”

    Not painful?

As I moved my hands up and down with a bewildered look, Jinhyang put her hand on my shoulder.

    Thump, thump—

It was refreshing when Jinhyang patted my shoulder.

So much so that my mouth hung open.

As I stood there for a while, Jinhyang spoke to me.

“Are you angry that I bathed you while you were sleeping without permission?”

    “Yes. I’m angry.”

I should be showing an angry face while panting.

But because my shoulders felt so refreshed, I unknowingly said it while giggling.

“Don’t worry. I just washed you as usual.”

    “How can I believe that?”

I said that and rubbed my face all over Jinhyang’s hand.

Because I was so grateful for the hand that had refreshed me.

“Do I look like someone who would treat you carelessly?”

“No. You would never do that.”

    “Then isn’t that enough?”

    “Yes. I think it is.”

    That’s right.

Jinhyang wasn’t someone who would treat me carelessly.

I scratched the back of my head in embarrassment.

“We’re leaving soon, so hurry up and shower and get ready.”

    “Yessir.”

I nodded once and turned around.

However, I had no choice but to stand in front of Jinhyang’s door for a long time.

Because I wanted to play the fingernail scratching game.

“Um, can I play for a little bit?”

    “Only ten minutes?”

    “Yessir.”

I’m going to play for twenty minutes, not ten, but I decided not to say it out loud.

The Hunter Training Center operated by the Association.

It was a space where talented people called geniuses gathered, but today, even they couldn’t help but be nervous.

Because today was the day Jinhyang, who was undeniably called the strongest in Korea, was coming.

No matter what talent and skill they possessed, they were just puppies in front of Jinhyang.

This was the same for Yoo Jinhyuk, who was called the strongest among the current teenagers.

    ‘I’m going crazy.’

Yoo Jinhyuk didn’t watch the internet or the news.

It was better to train than to watch the news.

Thanks to that, Yoo Jinhyuk didn’t know about Jinhyang’s changed image.

He only knew the Jinhyang of the past, who was violent and had a terrible personality.

‘She’s not going to start swearing at me as soon as we meet, is she?’

Crunch, crunch— Yoo Jinhyuk bit his fingernails.

It was his habit when he was nervous.

It was embarrassing for the habit of someone who was called the strongest among his peers, but Yoo Jinhyuk, who knew how weak he was, didn’t care.

Instead of fixing his habit, it was right to worry about how to get stronger.

‘Don’t get on her bad side and just pass by quietly.’

Yoo Jinhyuk decided not to do anything that would stand out.

His name would be called often because he was the strongest and most famous.

It was around that time that the woman sitting in the back seat poked Yoo Jinhyuk’s back.

    “Hey, Jinhyuk!”

    Poke, poke—

Yoo Jinhyuk could tell just by the sensation on his back.

That the thing poking his back was a cheap ballpoint pen he had just bought from the toy store.

    “What is it now.”

    “Aren’t you excited?”

    “About what.”

Yoo Jinhyuk said without even turning around.

It wasn’t that he wasn’t interested in his peers, but he had to prepare for class now.

    “It’s Jinhyang, Jinhyang sunbae!”

    “So what.”

    “This guy is really crazy.”

The crazy one is the one who’s looking forward to Jinhyang.

She’s a woman who’s rumored to even kill people if she doesn’t like them.

Of course, Yoo Jinhyuk didn’t say his thoughts out loud.

Once words are spoken, they can’t be taken back.

Yoo Jinhyuk was just looking straight ahead without saying anything.

It was then that the boys next to him opened their mouths.

“Hey. I heard there’s a special lecturer coming today?”

    “Special lecturer?”

    ‘Special lecturer?’

Someone’s answer and Yoo Jinhyuk’s thoughts popped out at the same time.

    ‘Then Jinhyang isn’t coming?’

I wish that were the case.

Yoo Jinhyuk prayed inwardly, but he soon had no choice but to despair.

“No, they said the special lecturer and Jinhyang sunbae are coming together?”

    ‘Together?’

If someone is coming with such a monster, they must be of a similar level.

I definitely shouldn’t even pretend to know them.

It was at the moment Yoo Jinhyuk made up his mind that the classroom door opened.

    ‘Ah.’

It was Jinhyang who opened the door and came in.

At the same time, silence filled the classroom.

Jinhyang’s appearance could be called beautiful, considering everything objectively and subjectively.

However, Yoo Jinhyuk decided not to be fooled by that appearance.

Her insides must have a devil inside.

    Step, step—

Jinhyang moved towards the platform, making the sound of her shoes.

When she was about halfway there, Jinhyang turned around and looked at the still-open door and opened her mouth.

    “Aren’t you coming in?”

    Someone who wasn’t coming in.

    Probably the special lecturer.

Yoo Jinhyuk stared at the open door without blinking.

Wondering what kind of monster would come in.

But what he heard from outside the door was a truly unexpected voice.

“I, I just don’t want to do it.”

    A soft girl’s voice.

At the same time, someone peeked their head out from behind the door.

She scanned the classroom once and then hid her face again, but Yoo Jinhyuk could see it clearly.

That the girl had animal ears on her head.

    ‘That is…’

    Who is she?

Yoo Jinhyuk didn’t know the girl.

If she’s a special lecturer, she should be ‘special’ in some way.

The girl was so timid that he even doubted whether she had the qualifications of a ‘special lecturer’.

“I, I just don’t want to do it.”

    “Why suddenly?”

“I, I didn’t know there were so, so many people.”

Yoo Jinhyuk watched their conversation silently.

The more he looked at her, the more he felt that she didn’t seem to have the qualifications of a lecturer.

“It’s already too late. I even brought Silver from the lab.”

Jinhyang said that and walked out the door.

    Probably a few seconds.

After what seemed like a short but not insignificant argument, Jinhyang came back with a girl in her hand.

‘A kid… no, is she an adult?’

    She’s mature for a child.

She looked like a child for an adult.

The girl standing on that ambiguous boundary suddenly buried her face in Jinhyang’s arms.

    ‘She’s a kid.’

What can you learn from a kid like that?

She must be using Jinhyang to build up her resume.

Because any job that teaches hunters received a high annual salary.

    Ha.

Yoo Jinhyuk tried to sigh, but somehow managed to hold it back.

Because even a sigh could be used to find fault in this world.

It was then that the girl in front of him opened her mouth.

    “H, hello. I’m Kang Harang.”

The girl kept her eyes tightly closed as she spoke.

Her small hands were holding onto Jinhyang’s clothes.

Normally, Yoo Jinhyuk would have felt that she was cute, but the girl was someone with dirty intentions who was trying to use her connections.

Not being fooled by appearances was Yoo Jinhyuk’s specialty.

    ‘I’m screwed.’

I thought I could learn something even from the Jinhyang with the bad personality.

It didn’t seem like there was anything to learn today.

Because the key point today was to use connections to nurture the girl.

The rest of the students were just extras being used.

    ‘Damn it.’

I guess I’ll just have to study theory in my head today.

It was at that moment that Yoo Jinhyuk made up his mind.

The girl opened her mouth again.

    “O, today I, I brought Silver Tiger.”

    ‘Sil… what?’

    Silver Tiger.

The worst monster, also called the nightmare of hunters.

That monster was definitely not something that could come out of the mouth of a timid girl.
