Chapter 0: Awakening to the Life of Play

“Ah, I wish I could enter a world from a comic or a novel.”

Once again, as I watched Into the World of Imagination, I couldn’t help but mutter those words to myself.

If only I could awaken a life of entertainment and enter a comic or a novel… wouldn’t life be so much more fun and easier?

I’d dive into all sorts of worlds, build a harem, become an overpowered protagonist…

Thinking such things, I began writing another macro-style comment under today’s episode.

Comments I’ve been posting ever since I started watching Into the World of Imagination.

Comments that hold my wishes.

[2MM (Im Iri): I awaken my life of entertainment without any limitations, costs, or side effects, and no one can steal my powers.]

As soon as I posted the comment, replies began pouring in.

└This guy’s really persistent lol

└You know you’re never gonna awaken, right???

(TL note : NTR a slang for stealing someone else’s lover or power; used jokingly here.)

The usual sarcastic replies.

I let out a small chuckle and read through them. I knew. I knew full well that just by leaving comments like this, I wasn’t going to suddenly awaken any kind of power.

Still, it was fun. And maybe… just maybe…

That tiny hope kept me posting.

Every single day, without fail, whenever a new episode was released.

And then, one day—

[2MM (Im Iri): As of today, I have awakened my life of entertainment.]

That was the 1000th comment I posted.

And I decided it would be my last.

Because—

“…It’s real…”

The Life of Entertainment app was actually installed on my phone.
